Homology is the study of similar structures or features of living things. It is
said that since the hands of different primates are very similar, they
all must have had a common ancestor. However, the Creation Model would also predict that organs that serve a similar purpose will generally look similar. |
| Homology provides no useful evidence for or against Evolution nor Creation. |
For example, if we study two vehicles, a Ford, and a Chevrolet, and find that each has four tires, that they are round, they are made of rubber, and they are inflated with air ---- can we then conclude that these Ford and Chevrolet vehicles have evolved by chance from a common ancestor?
