Carving out the Grand Canyon:
-
The Global Flood rapidly carves out the large canyon, leaving
the wide canyon floor.
-
The Colorado River then begins to flow within the large Flood
Canyon.
-
The river rapidly cuts through still-soft layers.
-
The river continues to erode the smaller interior canyon
(the inner gorge) to this day.

| Evidence the Grand
Canyon was formed rapidly: |
-
All layers were deposited and sorted by rapidly moving
water and then the canyon was carved out.
-
All layers were deposited and sorted by rapidly moving
water and then plant life grew on the surfaces, but not
within layers.
-
All layers were deposited and sorted by rapidly moving
water and then volcanoes erupted on the surface and flowed
into the canyon.
-
All layers were deposited and sorted by rapidly moving
water and then erosion began to cut through them.
-
There are no faults within individual layers.
-
The Grand Canyon is actually two canyons, the wide Flood
Canyon, and the "Inner Gorge" Colorado river canyon. The time required
for the river to carve the Inner Gorge is consistent with the assumed date
of the Global Flood.

Here is one example of a volcano erupting only after
all layers were deposited. |
 |
All layers were deposited and sorted by rapidly
moving water and then this fault cut through all of them. |
